The FO staff here are all great, very kind and friendly. The only bad thing is the room cleaning service, Ririn, she's rude!!! The room I took had an open window, and there were a lot of cigarette butts, so I cleaned it myself. The hot water dispenser was dirty, oh my God, and there were even cockroaches.

The bottom line is, this location is super duper strategic. For around 300,000 Rupiah per night, it's already a bargain. It's right next to the Alor Street entrance. There are plenty of foot massages right in front of the hotel. There's also KK Market and Sevel. The only downside is the lack of an elevator. That's it. Overall, so good!

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is comfortable. It's also very affordable. Highly recommended if you're going to Malaysia! 💙💙💙💙

There was a rat in the room, I asked to move rooms but they said it was full, I only got a bar of soap, I didn't get a toothbrush or toothpaste, the electric kettle was rusty inside, the price was not okay, and they asked for tax.

This hotel is nice and quite big and cheap so you can save money.

There were Bangladeshi or Indian workers who treated me very badly.

The heater is not function, one of the light is burnt and toilet door is stuck. Some more there's a lot of small cockroach in the room.

The room was upstairs and there was no elevator, so you had to climb the stairs. The TV was BROKEN, and the water heater was BROKEN. The hotel charged RM10 per person. I find this hotel very uncomfortable and NOT RECOMMENDED...

Strategic hotel near food stalls, only there is no elevator, super minimalist hotel, suitable for backpackers, cheap price.

The bathroom was clean, but the faucet and sink didn't work. There was a TV, but there was no remote, so it couldn't be turned on. Overall, it was okay.

The hotel is in a state of disrepair, and the manual stairs are quite steep.

Our first time checking in here, the water in the room didn't work, and the service wasn't fast, so we asked for a refund and were moved to another hotel. There's no elevator, so we have to take the stairs, especially to the third floor, even though the location is very close to the highway. But the facilities are not up to par.
