I stayed 6 days (2 different time frame and bookings) at the hotel in my last trip to Tokyo. Booked via app but canceled by their system without notification, so the first stay I booked via app and the second one I booked directly to the hotel. Luckily, the room was still available though the price had increased vs Agoda's price booked months ago. For the second stay, Hamamoto san was very nice and helpful not only when we realized our booking was canceled by Agoda but throughout the stay asking me nicely about the case and offered help. Location and facilities are great. Some staff, especially Hakamoto san, were terrific. Some to improve: there is only one elevator for the whole hotel and the price is quite expensive.
