Location is perfect, and the personnel is very nice, however it is dated and needs upgrades/maintenance , also we had issues with keys not working and had to go to reception continuously to reprogram them.

Staff was courteous, room was spotless, great location. Have stayed here numerous times and would gladly stay again.

I liked the proximity to key historical areas in the city like the Cathedral and Plaza Santa Lucia. There are several traditional restaurants offering excellent food and great prices.

Very friendly staff, clean, and a great breakfast

Perfect location; all the places I wanted to go to were walkable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and bathroom facilities all in great working order…hot water, strong flow. The pool was pretty and well maintained. Breakfast was mediocre…literally that’s the only thing I’d change but next year I’ll stay here again.

It was lovely - my room was clean and spacious, with a daily cleaning service; the hotel is very pleasant and attractive, and the reception staff went over and above in their efforts to help. The location was safe and walkable, and for the price it was an absolute bargain. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean hotel with pool wifi was not very good in our room that was at the end of a corridor but everywhere else seem good.

Very well located. Near downtown. Onsite and offside free parking options. Room looked outdated.

The location is excellent. Very close to the city centre, and a few metres away from a lovely bakery and an amazing cantina. The pool is very nice and the rooms are comfortable. Our room had a small terrace, which was a lovely detail.

Lovely hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Location was good, we could easily walk to restaurants, bars etc. Breakfast was nice. As others have said, a fridge in the room would have been good but overall a pleasant stay.
