The property was a great location by the square and ferry dock. And the staff and hotel was clean and neat for the great price.

We stayed 4 night and really enjoyed ourselves. Great location, filling and convenient breakfast. Enjoyed watch the turtles in the main patio area.

I’ve been staying here for years. It’s right downtown where all the restaurants are centrally located very very clean. Can’t say enough about this place. Will stay there again.

Nice property close to every thing

Great location, easy walk to the ferry terminal plenty of restaurants nearby felt very safe quiet comfortable very helpful staff. Appreciated the bulk filtered water in the lobby. Reduce waste with glass glasses eco-friendly. Would stay there again on future trips

Very nice old hotel

The hotel was lovely and all the employees too. The hot water was a bit of a challenge some days. I loved the drinkable water available.

Great stay at Hotel Mary Carmen. Room was updated since last year, with new tile in bathroom, and nice shower head. Ac worked great and also ceiling fan when ac was not necessary. In room safe was nice, and plenty of water available in dispensers on each floor. The turtles are still there in the courtyard, making that area pleasant. Jose Angel at front desk is helpful as always.

You can hear pigeons make a prolonged cooing sound all night long and hear people talking and laughing at 6am. Bed is very uncomfortable. Otherwise it is a Cozy place at a reasonable price.

The hotel is really nice and the vintage decoration is amazing. My daughter and i love it! The staff was really helpful with everything; they help me a lot a couple of days that my daughter was not feeling well and also with directions, ideas or what to do, etc. The location is central.

Enjoyed my stay at Mary Carmen. Great value for the price point on Cozumel comparatively. Rooms are clean. Linens are nice. Beds are meh. Bathrooms are acceptable, could use more cleaning in the shower but that's pretty normal at this price point honestly. Turtles are fun. Surprised how quiet it was at night. Courtyard is nice. WiFI works. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stayed almost a week.
