We stayed at several hotels during our honeymoon in Greece and this was by far our favorite! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the area as well and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Great charming hotel

A lovely hotel right in the centre of Chania’s old town. We had a really nice stay and fantastic breakfasts throughout the trip. Note that I have a lot of allergies and they were catered for. So thank you very much. The only thing was that our room had one window which looked out onto the courtyard. Meaning if you had the blind open you didn’t get any privacy. I’d suggest a netted curtain here so that you can have both privacy and daylight. Otherwise a lovely trip with very accommodating staff.

A beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located for exploring Chania and close to the harbour. We stayed in a standard room (no 1) which was very clean and comfortable but not spacious. The a la carte breakfast was fantastic - the best hotel breakfast ever!

Our host was awesome. We were arriving much later than planne and then had trouble parking late at night. The host came out to find us to bring our luggage and show us where to find them!! Exceptional.

Beautiful hotel on the pedestrianised area of Chania in a very central location just behind the waterfront - convenient for a multitude of restaurants and bars - with very knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff

Great room, service, and location!

Serenissima is situated in the heart of the old town. There is no car traffic in the area, so the hotel staff has to meet your taxi at a prearranged spot and lead you to the hotel. The hotel is an old Venetian/Ottoman house that has been nicely converted. The room we had was large, clean and nice. The staff is always helpful and the breakfast is good. The one criticism is that there is no handrail along the top flight of steps going to the top floor. I'd strongly recommend asking the hotel staff to help you with your luggage.

We had a wonderful stay at the Serenissima Boutique Hotel. The staff was very kind and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to many close restaurants and shopping. The only negative would be if you have a rental car, there is no parking at the hotel (you have to walk to it) and it’s very difficult to find parking near by. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

This property is a hidden gem! It’s absolutely gorgeous and everyone is so welcoming and nice. We took the ferry over from Athens and we weren’t sure about transportation so the hotel booked it for us, we just paid the driver. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and you order from the menu. Everyone that works here goes above and beyond. We would give this place 10 ⭐️ if that option was available 🤩

Stayed at Serenissima Hotel for three nights. What a great Hotel, old world charm with all the modern amenities you would expect in a luxury boutique Hotel. Staff were excellent in every interaction. Breakfast in the courtyard each morning was delicious and coffee on the terrace each morning was fantastic. Highly recommend the terrace suites. Great location in Old Town, walkable to everyone. Would love to come back and visit again.

This is a lovely small hotel right in the middle of the old city of Chania. We loved everything about our rooms and the property. Breakfasts are delicious and made to order and the staff are incredibly friendly and warm. Definitely would stay here again.
