Renovated room is okay, but hotel is in a terrible condition

Le stationnement est difficile à trouver et accéder sinon arrive de noirceur, et au sous sol, les indications ne sont pas très claires pour accéder à la réception . Le matelas n’est pas très confortable , et les oreillers sont toutes dures , une couple d’oreillers plus souples et mous seraient appréciés. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute.

Location is great, just across a big shopping mall and less than 20min drive from Old Quebec

The curtain did not do much to farken the room. Thete was a big gap that allowed the light in. An in the frame roll down blind would do a better job. Otherwise the room was ver clean, the beds were confortable the temperature inthevroom was confortable.

My room was so noisy, it was terrible! I could hear everything happening near my room, including the elevator everytime it went up or down. The bathroom was also rusty. Very dissappointing.

Le restaurant Shogun Sushi au rez-de-chaussée-de-chaussée de l'hôtel est excellent. La piscine est acceptable et peu achalandé lors de notre séjour. Étonnée qu'il n'y ait pas de moustiquaire à la fenêtre de la chambre. Je ne recommande pas aux familles avec jeunes enfants, la chambre 714 pour cette raison puisqu'il est facile de se glisser à l'extérieur et chuter 7 étages plus bas. Les lits sont confortables, le coin lunch agréable malgré la présence de quelques petites fourmis.

It's unfortunate that the hotel is located in an area where there is a lot of construction. While we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and Shogun Sushi at the hotel was a great dinner option we totally enjoyed, the construction in the area as well as a lack of a convenience store and limited walkability made it less than pleasant outside the hotel.

Le personnel est à l'écoute. On se sent en sécurité. Insonorisation un peu déficiente. Le mur entre les chambres n'est pas très épais. J'aurais aimé dormir un peu plus longtemps. Séjour agréable! Je le recommanderais sans problème.
