I've stayed here several times. I had a special request for a room at the back, because the hotel's location is close to the main road, but instead I was given a room at the front. The AC leaked, the soap dispenser was empty, and the toiletries only included a toothbrush and toothpaste. There was an organization activity at the hotel, and the neighboring rooms were noisy because it wasn't soundproof. Luckily, I got a room with a connecting door. The lobby is the center of guest activities, and it's smoke-free, so it's not comfortable at all. Service and facilities need to be improved.

This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel that wasn't clean, from the lobby to the room, especially the bathroom, even the towels weren't white anymore... please improve it.

The cleanliness is not worth it, the facilities etc, next time maybe we can make the customer more comfortable.

Sorry, it's not worth it out of all the hotels, the usual ones prepared in hotels, the AC is not cold, before entering the bathroom, toothpaste is ready, etc., but this should be complained first, in the room it seems like it hasn't been swept, there are dead geckos, lots of small ants, dirty bathroom, the food tastes high in salt & high in sugar, the porridge is also bland, next time it can be improved. Guest comfort should be the main priority.. we are embarrassed with the guests we bring..

Access to the city is quite easy, the hotel lobby is also quite spacious, the rooms are quite clean, and the breakfast is also delicious.

We stayed here because we were accompanying my husband on a business trip to Subang. It was already getting late when we wanted to get home, so we decided to stay overnight. We chose the hotel based on reviews and booked it without further ado. Upon arrival, we received our room key and found out we had a connecting room. It wasn't a big deal at first, until our neighbors arrived and found out they had been coughing all night, so I honestly couldn't sleep. The room wasn't soundproof, making the coughing in the next room very loud and disturbing. However, knowing the hotel was full, I automatically decided against protesting and tried to get some sleep, although I couldn't make it until 6 a.m. It was a shame because the hotel was nice.

The standard bedroom was fine, but the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable. One of the sinks was broken and hadn't been repaired. The welcome drink was refilled water, and the kettle was already worn out and overdue for a replacement. The breakfast menu wasn't very varied (white rice, fried rice, stir-fry, battered chicken, sausage soup, battered tempeh, chicken porridge, toast, coffee, tea, watermelon, and guava juice). The lobby area was a bit crowded. There was an event during my stay, so guests were smoking in the lobby area. Additional breakfast for two children (1st and 3rd grade) was charged 50,000 Rupiah each. When I stayed at another hotel that day, I only paid an additional 50,000 Rupiah for breakfast for two children and three adults. The menu was more extensive and even tastier.
