Room was clean and comfy. Nice pool and table area. Great breakfast

The young lady at the front desk told us about dining options other than fast food and and was extremely polite. A very gracious and kind hostess. The manager on duty during the days he was very understanding and kind. Resolved and questions ot concerns or reservation i may of had. Very pleasant experience.

There was no coffee pot in the room. In the shower the cartridge was installed backwards. The hot water was on the cold side and the cold water was on the hot. Most people would just think there was no hot water. There is only one ice machine up by the office and it didn’t work. The breakfast was nothing to really speak of. The pool was green and you couldn’t swim in it. When we checked in they said they had put chemicals in it, but it was still green when we checked out. The people working the front desk were very nice. And when passing other employees they always said hello or good morning with a smile. The room was very clean. It is an older hotel, showing its age. They had recently painted.

This property had a ton of bugs, which I know is common for being around the lake. Beds were not comfortable, doors/stairs were loud, road nearby was loud all night, very busy area. Room felt sterile and not comfortable or welcoming, would not stay again. Super nice staff though

Nice stay, No Problems

Good stay. Adequate work desk, decent bed, updated room, quiet, decent breakfast.

We liked that we were in a central location - easy access to every activity we had planned. The rooms were clean. Staff was helpful with TV issue. We were able to get early check in when we arrived. A positive experience.

Room was very stuffy and humid even with the AC running - since being near a lake room humidifier or update the AC system Property needs an update

Nice quiet property. Nothing fancy, but clean and neat. Breakfast bar clean, and standard Best Western set up. We got what we expected there.

The shower faucet did not work properly, only hot water unable to adjust for cold water.

It was a convenient location.
