Location was convenient. Restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good and the sauna was a nice bonus.

The room was clean. Large room and nice. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub was relaxing.

Room was decently clean and very quiet. There were areas in the shower that could have been better but are hard to reach (between doors). Toilet too close to wall, anyone with moderate hips is hitting wall to use restroom. Quite uncomfortable. Breakfast room was very warm and dark, toaster running the entire time. Bacon was labeled as sausage, eggs were watery, coffee from a machine so I skipped it. Have been to other Best Westerns in last few months and this one paled in comparison but was a decent place if you needed to stop overnight.

It was a nice hotel, with friendly staff members and convenient to our venue.

The "bathroom" area was not acceptable. First of all there was a tiny room with a shower and toilet. No sink. You had to leave the room and go across to a sink that also held a coffee pot right near the sink. Amazingly, there was no place to hang towels at the sink. We had to hang a towel over the bottle of lotion hanging on the wall! A shelf for HBA would help. A telephone in the room had no cord to plug it in. Why have it at all? Breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m. Parking was OK. The room was clean. Staff were pleasant.

It is a unique spot with the view towards the valley from the balcony plus the sunset.

Our stay was very nice. There were a few issues. The light in the bathroom has a fan that made a terrible racket and went on with the light. The door was to the bathroom was difficult to close. When I came in the air wasn't on and it was one of those crazy hot days. It took a long time for the room to be comfortable. There were no water bottles in the room - even for purchase.

Kat at the front desk was very helpful. We were welcomed warmly and explained all the amenities .

Room was beautiful and clean. Everything functioned properly. The staff was cheerful, respectful, and professional. Each had a great smile and warm personality. Our only issue was the size of the bathroom. It had a great tub and a fully functioning jacuzzi but it was small. Very small. Also, the mixer handle of the shower/tub was not functioning properly. Turned to the top it was off. Turn it to the left it went from cold to colder. Turn it back to the top the water would stop. Now turn it to the right and it would start out scalding hot and as you turned it all the way to the right it would be very hot. There was no way of getting a comfortable mixture of warm water. I ended taking extremely hot showers. Not fun. But otherwise the accommodations were excellent and I would be happy to return and recommend this place to my friends. (Of course I would give them a heads up about the shower and tell them to see if other rooms have a larger bathroom.) Also, I really enjoyed your swimming pool. Very refreshing.

nice and clean. no frills, just what I need and nothing don't

The first room I was given smelled so bad, more than just the cigarette smoke I detected. I went to the desk and requested a room change which was given to me immediately,without hesitation. The next room had an odd smell, but not unbearable,and no cigarette smoke smell. I had room spray scents with me. So that helped alot. Breakfast was the basic you would expect when offered complimentary. And the area was very clean.

Rooms are older, bathroom really gross and smelly Great location

Everything was fine. The room was a little musty. There was a party on the premises but by 7:00 it was over. Breakfast was great.

Very outdated hotel. Chair in room had a stain on it and the rug smelled. Property very dismal. Staff was friendly. Limited amenities.

Very small bathroom. Toilet did not flush well.

The girl at desk was courteous and was imformative. however the room could of had soap at sink. And cleaning could have been better.

The staff was friendly and helpful despite challenging even dangerous storm conditions. They made an extra effort to make us feel welcome.
