I stayed for 3 nights. My TV in the room does not work. I informed the girl at reception on the second day, but nothing was done. So I had no TV service for 3 days. I asked for some kind of compensation, but nothing was given back to me....For some reason, they don't stock any shampoo in the rooms. When asked about it, the girl in reception said people like to bring their own and is for hygienic reasons (?). How are the small unopened individually packed shampoo be less hygienic??? If their business model of saving 5 cents of the cost of shampoo for profit, then I will never book with the hotel again.
