This Sheraton is a true five-star hotel with regards to its facilities: modern, spacious room with comfortable bed, and lovely bathroom with rain shower; indoor and outdoor pool and private sandy beach; great buffet breakfast; and convenient/plentiful parking. Check-in was quick, thanks to the front desk and baggage handling. However, while dinner service was friendly/attentive at Fora, dinner itself and drinks were a disappointment - the pasta, and especially the risotto were undercooked. The mojito was not a mojito. We would have preferred more Turkish fare, given the extensive cuisine and belief the chefs would have excelled at this. Also, given our tight schedule, we were unable to enjoy the beach/outdoor pool as access was unavailable promptly at 8 am as advertised. We would also suggest that the hotel’s gem of a beach be cleaned in advance of any garbage, which was not the case. Final helpful suggestion is to better train your friendly, young breakfast staff with regards to tea/coffee service.

Sheraton is the best, the sea view is amazing, birds fill the sky, comfortable and quiet sleep, the most delicious food and finally the easy treatment of the staff with a smile. Try it you won't lose

Everything was almist perfect and would have given 5 stars if house keeping was also as good as other areas of services. I had to keep reminding the front desk about proper cleaning of the room, especially restocking of complimentary 2 bottles of water. Overall, it was a great one week stay. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good. All good!

I liked the staff , room ,lobby, furniture, but i had grilled chicken in the restaurant as dinner its fried and very bad tasted and oily i end up eating only bread.

The hotel itself looks quite outdated and old. Stains on wall-to-wall carpets are just everywhere. Breakfast is really poor. Cucumbers are stale, bread all is stale hard. Freshly squeezed orange juice taste reminds a cheap vinegar.

It was a property in my hometown, which I have not been for a while. It was good to see such a good property.

Had a beautiful experience at Sheraton Grand Samson. The staff is great and always willing to help, the breakfast buffet is amazing with numerous selections for everyone’s taste, and the rooms and property are clean and properly kept. I will definitely be staying here next time in Samsun.

Experience is less than expected. Check-in process very long. Room and towels contained fallen hair from previous guests.

Nice grand and clean

The hotel had few guests however we had to wait until 5pm to have the room cleaned and the cleaning quality was very low specially with Coronavirus
