Great location- terrible service.

Very nice ambient, close to metro, found it to be pleasant albeit it was very tight for 2 people space wise, it didn’t offer much privacy when using the toilet/shower I found some left over toothpaste from the previous occupant/s, throughout my stay, it was never removed from where I found it (in the open shelves) yet it was evidently rubbish.

Toilet smelled like sewage but I believe this is the sewage system here . Everything else was great including breakfast

So its a high tech room. Everything is controlled by a remote or touch. No privacy in terms of an enclosed bathroom behind a door in a separate room. There are literally glass tubes one for shower one for toilet. Mattress needs to be changed it sinks in

We really enjoyed our stay overall. the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the air conditioning. Unfortunately, the AC in our first room wasn’t working, and when we were moved to another room, we ran into the same issue. The temperature stayed around 78 degrees, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially at night. That said, everything else about the stay was great, and we’d love to come back…hopefully next time with fully working AC!

The location is amazing. The real strength of the hotel is the staff. They knew how to amaze the client. Rafaella at the concierge desk was tireless and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Only weird thing was the layout of the shower and toilet. Theyre both in individual shower booths. Rather than a separate room. Not very private. Everything else was good. Location was brilliant. Easy access to airport or city centre/tourist spots.

We had a great stay at Evolution Lisboa Hotel! The location is super convenient—close to public transport and easy to get around the city. The hotel itself is extremely modern, with a sleek design and high-tech features throughout. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We arrived early and requested an early check-in, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. Even though they couldn’t accommodate the request, they communicated clearly and did their best to assist us. The suites we booked were spacious and comfortable. One thing to note: the bathroom setup is very modern and open, which may not be ideal for families with small children due to the lack of privacy. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to be aware of. We really enjoyed the amenities—the pool, sauna, and gym were all well-maintained and a great bonus. A special shoutout to the restaurant staff—they were amazing and made our dining experience even better. Overall, a stylish and comfortable stay with great service!

The staff was helpful and pleasant for our check-in. The lack of air-conditioning only got our room down to 80°, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. There is no soundproof in this hotel. Sleeping was very difficult because we could hear other people’s conversations in other rooms and hallway. We would never stay here again!

Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff very nice! A very good breakfast and right next to metro station so we came direct from the airport. About a half hour walk from the old town but we didn't mind and enjoyed the hilly walk
