My family recently stayed at Best Western Rama Inn and had a pleasant experience overall. The property is in a quiet location, which made for a very peaceful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. However, I do think the rooms could use a little update. The old carpet feels a bit outdated, and I would recommend replacing it with a more modern option like vinyl laminate or regular laminate flooring. This would definitely elevate the room's appearance and comfort. Despite this, the overall stay was enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful getaway with friendly service!

Larger room than I expected, a definite plus. Breakfast wasn’t worth the time - powdered eggs, etc.

Noisy A/C. Low quality coffee maker. Outlets under table lights go off when lights turned off- keeping devices plugger into these from charging, with no notification this would happen.

The room smelled like man sweat the bed looked old and well used and the breakfast wasn’t great. The food tasted dry. The carpets were dirty and stained.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great, with a huge selection of options. There was plenty of parking with a big enough spot for our truck and boat. The front desk peroffered to have the security guard keep an eye on our truck and boat since we were not able to close the back of the truck due to a kayak sticking out the back!

Had an event in soap lake, wa. Would choose to drive the extra 25 minutes to stay in moses lake next time.

The front desk had no staff when we arrived. There is no ring to notify the staff of guests arrival. We called the front desk using the phone but no one answered, of course. When the front desk staff finally arrived, she did not offer any explanation and was rude and impatient.

Tv did not want to turn on. I’m not sure if it was the batteries, but the regular controller didn’t wanna work and the fire stick would work, but I spend more time trying to get a channel on the TV because there was no instructions on anything or get it to turn on so I could watch TV at night

Trevor and the other lady were very customer service-oriented and friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy. However, feeling uncomfortable and icky after the front desk "gentleman" crossed the line from being a professional to absolute trash. I felt harassed. This employee must've missed the training on how to conduct business in a business manner.

Bizarre building design - the elevator and stairs were way down the hall from the entrance lobby. The separate door to this corridor was locked in the evening, so if you were on the second floor, like me, you had to schlep your stuff 3/4 of the way down the building, go up one floor, then to wherever your room was. Room/bed were comfy. Staff was friendly. In the morning i could hear a baby crying in a room across the hallway. Went down for breakfast at 8:30 - coffee was out. Too many people waiting around for who knows what, so I left.
