1. No hotel sign board. 2. No parking available. 3. Staff was not helpful 😡 4. Everything in the hotel is old. Really need to upgrade. 5. Poor service

Sufficient space to perform solat but no kiblat sign inside the room. Location close to the bus terminal at Padang Bandaran. There's a lift to get other floors. Convenient store, fast food restaurant KFC are within walking distance.

I'm a regular to this hotel thanks to its open parking space. However, the WiFi sucks and the blankets smell awful! And the door handle is broken so you can basically see people taking shower inside.

Not like what I expect.. Lock door very disappointed.. And I book deluxe room but when I arrived it's not like I book.

Handling customer issues very poor. I lost few chocolates after room cleaning so I complained but the management said I am wrong and I am lying I really felt bad and insulted

The room is spacious for 2 people. Bathroom a little bit old but it was clean, got leaking in the bathroom and the room was a bit smelly because of the leak. Booked room with a city view, but all we can see was aircond. The receptionist was friendly. Overall, it was good if you plan just for backpacking.

A small room. Not really clean. Water heater not function. Iron need deposit. Too noisy because hotel near the main road.

Hotel too near to main road... very noisy until 12am

Air cond not fully functional. The tower was not comfortable, they only provide old towel which I guess being used since 4 years ago.
