Location close to tram stop was a bonus but be aware the busy highway makes it very noisy at all times

The management is outstanding. The rooms are a bit tired but value for your money.

The location was rather isolated without your own car, the traffic noise on the tenth floor was very loud, unit needed a deep clean, a water leak in the bathroom was not fixed in the week we were there. Instructions for the stove top and oven are needed. The aircon and oven are on the same circuit, with a switch to have one. Apartments on the river side would probably been a lot quieter.

Looked as though someone did live there when not rented out and the cleanliness wasn't that great - great view and appartment otherwise.

When we arrived the bathroom was dirty and still had hair in the shower, we only received 2 toilet rolls for the whole weekend and no one was at front desk all weekend so we couldn’t get more. The place just wasn’t clean, but the location was perfect .

Plenty of space. Perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the pool. Having a full kitchen was very handy.

Beds were comfy, nice view of the water. The bathroom needed a detailed clean.

lovely large apartment. Comfortable beds. We found it was a little bit to far out of Surfer's. The indoor pool was very small and the outdoor pool was not heated.

The man at the front desk was just straight rude and unwelcoming. Won’t ever be back

We didn’t like how our room was upgraded at the last minute and we lost a bed and the only way we could have got another bed was by paying money for one. We didn’t like also that we were not notified or even told about a deposit fee till we got there so had to find money before checking in.
