Loved it here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our stay was short and sweet! My daughter loved that she had her own room. Very spacious and clean! Easy to find and close to the mall.

I really enjoyed this pleasant motel. Only disadvantage, it can be hard to get out on to Riccarton Rd. Need to turn left almost always.

Just what we required for a few nights stay On a main road - never heard any road noise at night

Alarm set off at 00:09 and not only woke me but I coukd not get back to sleep. Those servicing the room need to ensure that any alarm is off.

Very impressed. We were on a late flight. Light and heater left on for us.

Didn't like much at all

I was checking in late. The front desk called to coordinate with me and was accomodating. The furnishings were older and worn, but everything was clean and the linens were fresh and soft. It was nicely decorated and pretty. Everything was well maintained and they even had an electric blanket. I only needed a place to sleep for a couple of hours. I'd almost booked a hostle but this price was nearly the same and private. I'm glad i did! I would stay again. The parkinglot is small and a bit hard to get out of, but the parking itself was good.

It was a last minute stay for a quick overnight. Very smooth contactless check in. The room was spacious and clean. Overall, very convenient and easy.

Unfortunately very tired and badly in need of maintenence. Clean but not inviting.

Had to wait 5-10 mins to book in for no apparent reason. No milk given to us on arrival.

The staff were friendly. There was grime in the window corners, and in the spa outlets.

Very small space in the living area, sofa bed in bad condition and of bad quality, couldn't even handle my parents weight of 130kg combined so they didn't have any sleep as the sofa bed sank all the way down. Both the sofa bed and arm chair are very dirty. Kitchen is tiny and basically no dining area, could barely walk with the dining table there. Bathroom window and shower aren't clean. Very noisy as it's right next to the big road. Overall is an unpleasant experience won't go back there again not even for cheaper price.

Safe, inexpensive and very close to shopping

Sorry to be negative, we found the bed position difficult with a window and blind, at pillow height. The bed was very firm. ( uncomfortable) so we did not get a good sleep. The shower was a ‘wet floor shower’ so everything got very wet! We did not feel it was value for money.

Fairly basic room. Shower was certainly powerful but there mould round the base..
