The hotel was dirty, the rooms were dirty, paint peeling, gross smell, like the room had been flooded, poop stain on the comforter, gross smelling refrigerator, crackheads and drugs hanging out in the parking lot. I wouldn't send the released inmate to that hotel

Pool was closed

Nice place with really roomy room. My key card would not work in the side door nearest my room though. The shower curtain is starting to come loose from the wall mounting. The place just needs a little maintenance work.

The hotel was in a good location for our visit to Cedar Rapids. It was close to restaurants and near the freeway. The rooms and staff were not as pleasant. The hotel is in need of updates and pay more attention to cleanliness. Bedding was stained, mold on shower curtain, and clogged drains. The carpet is very old. When asking staff to assist with programming the TV, they were unable to help and had limited English. The check-in/out went smooth.

The were really friendly and helpful well the one and only staff I encountered. Fixing the entrances so all the keycard locks work would be nice since there is not enough parking and walking around the entire building is inconvenient.

There were several restaurants nearby. The room was updated and big. They had a nice breakfast.

We didn't get the room that was shown online. Pictures did not represent what we got.

Pool was dirty and cold. Staff will knock at 9:30am at your door and rush you out. When check out is at 11 am

Was given a room with soaked floors and industrial fan (loud) running to dry 1/2 of the rooms drenched carpet. Should never have charged me for this room or used for any customer till corrected and checked for mold.

Room was spacious and nice, pillows and bedding very comfy.

No hot food for Sunday morning also several prostitutes on property

Overall my stay was good, the staff was nice and very helpful, the only thing I negative I can say is that the gym was missing the work bench that went with the equipment.

Would not book again. Had a room that was not cleaned very well!! Remotes didn’t work for the tv. Beds had stains.

Very poor housekeeping and alot of shady characters hanging around.
