There should not have been a fee to park in your parking lot. When a hotel is downtown, we understand because the parking is limited. You have a very large lot and there was no reason to charge a person staying at your hotel to pay for parking. We also asked for some fried eggs, but were told that there would be a fee for eggs. The scrambled eggs that were available were very watery and mushy. Please review your policies for your guests.

Minha estada no hotel foi muito boa

Muito bom. O único problema é a acústica dos quartos. Não existe nenhum isolamento e dá pra ouvir qualquer barulho nas outras acomodações. Famílias com crianças incomodam outros hóspedes que buscam silencio.

O diferencial do hotel, sem duvidas, é a cordialidade da equipe.

Pessima, do começo ao fim

Everything was nice except the shower didn’t heat up enough.

After our shower we laid down on the mattress and started sniffing at each other for a strangely present smell. We gave up searching for it after a while. The motion sensor lights in the hallway felt like a horror movie. In the morning we were woken up by sounds of pleasure from the next room.

It wAs amzing. I stayed there in São Carlos for a night and it was a perfect hotel with good a.c and breakfast

The hotel is located close to the highway which was very nice for us. But the room is terrible for sleeping. There is no sound isolation. We woke up with the kid of the other room screaming in the shower, it seemed he was in our bed. We could hear noise from outside the hotel and the hall as well such as doors slamming. The pillow was very thin and I woke up with my neck hurting. Therefore we could not rest and I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel simples e bom com bom café da manhã. Mas estava muito cheio.

É um completo absurdo chegar em um hotel e se deparar com um lençol FURADO, com uma diária de mais de R$300,00. O ar condicionado fazia muito barulho e não gelava o suficiente. O hotel no geral faz muito barulho, de dentro do seu quarto, é possível ouvir conversas de quartos acima/abaixo e no corredor. A cama era muito pequena, meu namorado não é nem tão alto, possui 1,82m e dormiu com os pés para fora. Um ponto positivo foi o café da manhã gostoso e a educação e simpatia dos funcionários. Infelizmente não volto.

Os recepcionistas são incríveis muito atenciosos e solícitos... O pessoal do restaurante e limpeza também... Estão de parabéns pela equipe.. Café da manhã variado, quarto amplo, mas os travesseiros podiam ter mais de uma textura...
