The airconditioner unit has a large light and makes it very hard to sleep

The young lady in the breakfast room was so lovely and accommodating.

Close to all the amenities. Room was a next to street light and we couldn’t close the drapes to block the light. Otherwise, it was decent.

Staff amazing, very friendly and helpful, location is great, close to everything but not in the middle of the madness. Lot’s of restaurants around, bakeries and coffee shops. Comfy bed and very clean. Excellent, I will always go back to stay with them.

A very nice hotel. Since it's in the middle of old centre, it was difficult to find it by car. Perhaps, a better explanation of car parking options on the hotel website would be helpful. The staff was trying to help us over the phone while we were driving around.

Excellent location, close to everything, but nonetheless on a quiet street. Accommodation was basic but satisfactory. You don't get much for your money in Avignon!

This hotel was very central to Avignon so we could use it as a good homebase while exploring the town. The room worked for four of us to sleep comfortably. We also had air conditioning which was a relief after traveling and staying in places that did not have air conditioning. The front desk was very friendly and responsive whenever we had questions. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. Breakfast was a good Continental breakfast.

Being in the walls of a medieval town parking and locating the hotel was always going to be difficult.The owner(I assume) was incredibly polite and helpful.As other reviewers have mentioned the property is being renovated so some of the features mentioned in the listing were not available which was disappointing.Unfortunately not a good night sleep as our room was immediately next to a road which seemed to have a lot of activity through the night.

Friendly helpful staff. Hotel is undergoing renovations so it is a little unfinished - suite needs more furniture such as a lounge & Coffee table, and more mirrors. Mini bar was empty. However this did not detract from our stay. There is a supermarket just around the corner and lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Location was great. Central to everything.

The owner is undertaking a major renovation of the property, and our room was just recently completed, as were a number of other rooms, and had a wonderfully fresh and clean feel to it.

They were under construction on the floor where I was staying and just outside my room. There was no mention of being under construction when I booked it. At 7am I could hear people outside in the hall cussing the work. At 8am the work started. The room was very nice and clean but I checked after just one day. When I asked the manager for a refund he said no and “well your room was clean”

Great location, very nice staff, rooms are fine but they are renovating half the hotel at the moment and started the jack hammers at 8am! We were out of season so makes sense to do the refurb then but we were unlucky.
