hotel is ok, check in and check out is no issue, just a little disturbed at night, tv turns on by itself, toilet light suddenly turns on, paranormal can come and try it out,

Overall stay is good, near airport so if you arrive late from the airport you can stay here.

It 's pleasure hotel with friendly and helpful counter staffs. Will definitely recommend to others 👌.

The welcome drink and cold towel was a nice welcoming along with the towels shaped into swans on the bed upon arrival.The hotel was relatively new and clean. The heaters are functioning well. The room is spacious. The floor was slightly wet when we first entered the room, it was probably mopped before we came in and the humidity got trapped in the room. It is recommended to drive to Cenang beach from here as it is not so near if you walk. The shower will wet the toilet seat.
