I liked the room a lot. Bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing

It was a very nice hotel. We did not get a chance to try the breakfast, because we had have breakfast outside with family

Everything was so clean and tidy! The front staff was friendly, informative, and even went out of their way to get us cups, plastic utensils for our little celebration. We even use the pool! It was very clean. Great stay overall!

I checked in, had a shower then realized there were no towels...called front desk and was told I'd HAVE TO go down to the lobby to pick them up....completely soaked from my shower without towels?! The breakfast buffet the next morning was empty - no hot food at 8am and no coffee. Told I'd need to wait...however I was on a schedule, and not able to wait for the buffet to be stocked. The floors of the elevator were covered in food debris and spilled liquids that people had to walk over and step through or kick to the side to bring suitcases in. This mess was not cleaned up during my entire stay. Asked for a receipt when checking out and was told the printer wasn't working so I was assured I would receive an email receipt that I never received, in addition to a huge billing error. Not happy. Will stick to IHG going forward.

To be blunt, not very happy about being woken up by staff this morning Upon check-in I was asked point blank if we were checking out the following day. I said yes and that we'd be out by 11am. We went to a wedding. Had fun. Came home late. Went to bed even later only to be woken up at 9:30 by staff knocking on our day. We paid over $200 dollars for a place to sleep. And then you interrupt our sleep to basically rush us out. We couldn't fall back asleep after that but it was then too late to get breakfast So you interrupted our sleep to ask a question I had already answered the evening prior and when my husband questioned you on check out time, it was indeed not for another hour and a half. Also, what is wrong with the pool? When we pay for certain amenities listed on your website, we expect those to be available or shouldn't our rate have been discounted? The room did not smell good. Very musty and sour. Hair in the sink that didn't belong to us Overall, big price tag for what we got. Will not recommend to hockey families for this coming season.

Stayed many times here. The property needs an upgrade. Beds both uncomfortable, terrible pillows, no fan in bathroom so paint is peeling off ceilings because of humidity. Pool area is dark and dirty. Not impressed at all. Next time best western

I believe the hotel is under somewhat new management (or ownership), as I stayed at this property many times since it opened, and there were no issues. This was my second stay in 2 months, and I will not return. Both times the room was dirty and/or things weren’t working. Both times they changed my room, and wasn’t much better.

The continental breakfast was great

Breakfast was hot and the time of ending at 10am.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was nice and big…had lots of room and was super clean. No issues with the elevator this time around
