Front desk service was courteous and with a smile. Room was clean and the air conditioner worked. Close to the airport and they also provide transportation, to and from, the airport. Great service!

Hotel was ok. Unfortunately there was a power loss and things got a little warm. But chose not to stay the night Staff was very nice

The bathroom was dirty, it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in some time. There was the ring of filth in the toilet. Blanket was stained. Then i was only provided 1 key for 2 adults. That one key had to be inserted in a chip reader to keep the power on. It was not a pleasant experience.

No puedieron solucionar su servicio de Internet en la TV y Wiffi que tendria que esperar al dia siguiente y solo fue una noche. Mal servicio, el Baño olia a caneria y la cerradura del baño estaba dañada, el Ac estaba sucio y olia humedad.

Good service for the money. I was expecting less for the money. But surprise it has hot breakfast with beans eggs and tortillas. Also fruit and bread. Good for overnight.

If you are flying early out of VER airport, and you don’t live in Veracruz, this is a must. I always stay at this hotel and it’s convenient and safe.

Person at the front desk (Maribel) greeted us vey nicely (This was our 3rd time staying here and Maribel has greeted us the same every time) she’s very helpful and very polite. She gave us VIP treatment and I’ve seen her treat everyone the same. I gave them a 4 star because I would like for them to give more variety with their breakfast. Looking forward to our next visit to Veracruz and we will definitely stay here again.
