Staff were all great!

I booked this hotel, as most were fully booked due to the Oil Sands Expo and booking late on my part. I travel frequently for work, and have stayed in countless hotels this year alone. The Stonebridge is the worst of the hotels I have stayed at this year. I will certainly not be back.

I have been staying at Stonebridge on ad off fo at least 20 years and it is good value for the money

Room was not cleaned, had to travel from 3 rd floor back to front desk and get another room assigned

There was a party going on in the room beside me and front desk offered me a different room. Thank you.
