Nina and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend Nova Posada to others. The only problem we encountered was a sporadically functioning television.

Check in is a breeze. Property is close to the centro attractions and easy to walk. You have a cute museum in the PB. Kitchen could have been better equipped. Bathroom is not supplied with toiletries.

The room was fine. Breakfast was also ok. They could definitely add more options.

The staff were just great, the hotel is very clean and the location is perfect for everything.

The location was convenient for any place a tourist would want to walk to in town. The garden and patio are relaxing places for breakfast.

Very cute property. Well located with all you need for a pleasant stay. Two suggestions: add Mirror in the room outside the bathroom and also a paper basket outside the bathroom.

Just very frustrated that they list laundry when in fact there’s just a laundromat nearby. That didn’t work for us, given the quick day trip, laundromat hours, and we specifically booked this property as it listed laundry. Other than that, it’s a great place, and would otherwise be a 5 star review from me for the value. But this has put us in a bit of a pickle as we’re now scrambling to figure out laundry somewhere on an 18 day trip where we really don’t have much downtime.

La habitacion estaba muy linda y comoda, pero con algunos detalles que se podrian mejorar en cuanto a la limpieza.

Staff was great, cold breakfast was very good and filling, common area, deck and patio all very nice. For our room, I feel like the following happens a lot: needs some TLC. Some of the problems require $ so get why those issues exist but a lot of them are just doing a deep cleaning and small fixes. Otherwise nice stay overall.

What a truly delightful stay. A very comfortable bed, very adequate bath with lots of hot water. The staff is welcoming, the backyard is a lovely place to relax and enjoy some tranquility. The breakfast is bountiful and very tasty... this is a property that you will truly enjoy...I highly recommend it.

It is a very nice place to stay. Marta is a very person and she speaks English. The service is great. The place is about 10 min away from the COT bus station and the old town on the walk.
