Rooms do not match expectations, it looks like the photos in the application are old photos. The room was very dirty and seemed to be cleaned rarely.

The second time I've stayed at Nanu is a private room. The rooms are exactly like in the photos, but most importantly the location is very very strategic, exit 3 roads a little about 3 minutes have arrived. The subway line is the same as the route to the airport so it doesn't bother moving around. The exit at exit 3 uses the escalator. For those who carry a lot of luggage this is very helpful, the bathroom is very clean. Manager is also very helpful :)

The room is ok. We go alone (# We choose one bedroom) (very suitable for women traveling alone). At first, sneak up with check-in. But okay. Enter the Facebook page of the accommodation at all. Send a message to say hello! Located near Exit 3, Hongik Station. Less than 3 minutes walk. Hongdae is walking across the road. Very impressive Going to Korea next time will choose to stay here ^^

Position of hostel near Hongik station, less than 5 minutes have arrived, service and facilities are good. Staff very helpful.

Staff not on standby, waiting around 5-10 minutes to wait for staff and check-in. fill in room 3 mattresses, but only 2 lockers available. Towels are not given per day, while the experience of staying at another guesthouse / hotel is always changed every day.

The room below the bed is not quite good. But 2nd floor, good room, good bed, good location, door code not changed

There is no email from nanu to tell me how to check in the hotel. Since this hotel kind of a house and we do self check in by our self. And when i come to this hotel and make a call to the owner, they told me because i use overseas number that's why they cannot send me instruction how to check in there. Omg, im just so surprised why they didn’t send me email if i have overseas number. Thats so funny. And the room also very different like what in the picture. Smelling musty, and they only provide you with kind of a bed sheet and its called blanket by them. When your neighbor make some noisy in the night, the voice sound so clear and I couldn’t sleep because they are all so noisy. For me personally, this hotel not safe because once you check out, you can come back anytime because u know the key pass for the house. That's crazy.

The location of the hotel is very good, just off exit 3 of hongik station. There is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage, be careful. The first floor when I came to the smell and also very cluttered, room on the first floor is also smelly, to the second floor is better but notice that the door near the WC still smell. The staff is not available at the hotel, if you need whatsapp message they will respond very quickly. I asked for a loan and they put one in my room that day. 👍🏻

I had a pleasant stay here. Overall is okay but the bathroom is quite smelly. Everything else is fine. And thank you for letting me to store my big luggage at the first floor.

The staff is nice, but the room is so small. The bathroom smells something (I don’t know) and also so small. The best thing is the location because it is very near to the exit 3 at Hongik Univ. Station (Hongdae)

Super close to exit 3 of Hongdae Station, the guesthouse immediately looks right out. really recommended for solo traveler girls. cheap price, the service is okay, the staff is very kind. if you go to Seoul again, you want to be here again. the bathroom is cleaned every day, there are soap, shampoo, conditioner. Can cook there is also a microwave and stove. Free drinking water. the room is very comfortable. Will definitely comeback here again when I visit Seoul!

Great location, great place to stay, but a little bit hard to enter at first because there is no reception, one thing that bother me is the mattress was too thin since my back hurt when I lay on the bed, but I want to stay there again when visit seoul next time

Very good inexpensive people to speak English well. Exit 3, walk to Hongdae Station, walk 1 minute, walk to the restaurant, have a good kitchen, have a lot of soap, shampoo and toothpaste. Suitable for women who want to go alone.
