Space for parking

The amenities were just sufficient. They tell you up front, there is no pool, no elevator and that they do not serve breakfast. I loved that they have a sauna, and chose to stay there because of that. However, overall, I would stay there again, sauna or not...

Nice stay near some terrific places. No elevator and you’re charged the full amount prior to check-in. Should be mentioned on Hotels.com because if they don’t get in contact with you, your reservation can be cancelled and you would never know.

The staff that checked me in was terrible. The morning staff was better, not too friendly. The baseboards in the room entrance were dusty and the room had cigarette smell. They need destinated rooms for smokers. There's nice places around the property to find both cold and hot food. Free parking with enough spaces. Would be nice if Expedia would let customer know ahead of booking that there's no elevator, gym, continental breakfast and limited business center hours.

Room was clean and AC worked fine to keep room nice and cool for sleeping. TV reception was pretty bad on the VIZIO TV in our room. Very nice to have courtyard to hang out and have a bite to eat and a few beers.

Dismissive clerk, room reeked of bug repellent as a/c was not on. Had ants in three separate places in room. Front desk refused to refund prepayment. Only offered another potentially bug infested room. Working with hotels.com to get refund, else I call the Town of Oyster Bay board of health. Place hasn’t had an upgrade since the 50’s. Disgusting.

The place is dated but clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We have stayed here before and it was ok. The only positive thing we can now is you get what you pay for. The price is good but the place needs a good overhaul. The air in our room was always wet. I had to open the windows to dry it out. The beds are comfortable. We had an ADA room, which we didn't need. But we were too tired when we got there to ask for a change. There was a lot of noise outside the room. The people that worked there didn't seem to be sensitive to the customers staying in the rooms near where they were working. Lots of talking and various noises all morning. The bathroom setup was not great. The shower curtain did not keep the water in. We had water all over the place. The sink was tilted at an angle and the water accumulated. The card key system kept malfunctioning. Every time we left the room and came back later, we had to go to the desk and ask for the cards to be reprogrammed to get in our room. Of course, our room was the furthest from the front desk. When we asked for fresh towels one evening, we were told "well if you let housekeeping in this morning, you wouldn't need to ask for them". It was utterly rude. Perhaps there was a reason we did not let housekeeping in. This Inn is in a great location, wonderful neighborhood. They need to do something to freshen up the place. We would be ok paying more to stay if they fix it up. A very disappointing stay.

We found a tube of denture cream in a supposedly freshly made bed between the blanket and the sheets. There was also some other debris in the bed, so we were not sure that the sheets had been changed.

Pretty nice hotel just needed to sleep somewhere decent for 2 nights. No breakfast is a bummer

Entrance was BEAUTIFUL, rooms were OUTDATED AND VERY VERY OLD . Advertised when entering hotel CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, NO BREAKFAST 😢. FALSE ADVERTISING. Surrounding AREA is Beautiful.

Honestly not a bad place at all. The iron cord was not retracting so they ended up getting me a new one, very nice staff!

I found this room on Expedia for a reasonable price. I may be wrong, but it seemed that maybe the "reasonably priced" rooms on Expedia are put in a older wing of the motel that is not in quite as good condition as the rest.

All in all the place is tired, old and dirty. Out first room smelled like mildew and we got a new one. Even by my standards it was gross and if you knew me.... Stay away from this place
