But because the driver was not familiar with the road and went too far, the hotel also sent the location to many guests and the guests also went to the place and no one complained about this issue. 2/ Regarding the laundry: when you handed over the laundry, the clothes were soaked and were put in a plastic bag. Because you had a small amount of clothes, the staff washed them by hand and hung them to dry. 3/ Regarding the issue of when you checked out and no one greeted you, the hotel will learn from this experience and will hold a meeting and remind the staff.
