Great Location , Good Food and Room Service . very friendly and pleasing staff .

I had a very bad experience at this hotel, the rooms are not clean and I would not consider it a four star because of the presentation and rooms condition. This hotel needs an upgrade.

Breakfast was amazing! People were very kind. Area gives you a taste of the culture. Property is older. Bed is comfortable.

OK hotel close to airport Hot water runs out occasionally Wifi problematic - u are limited to a certain amount of data and each device needs a separate password. If u stay a few days - u need a new password each day which is a hassle One of our friends developed food poisoning - vomiting and diarrhea after eating the at the restaurant

I stayed in People tree during my visit to Kolkata between 29th December 2017 till 2nd January 2018. Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staffs are friendly & always willing to help. Only down side is WiFi which is very poor. They change the user name & pass word on a daily basis. You have to ask reception staff to send new password to your room everyday. Ground floor WiFi is fine but room WiFi was a down fall

The people--the best. The food--also great. The WiFI--the worst even in Bengal. Unlike the description, the hotel has no fitness center. Key kept malfunctioning. It tries and has several cute features. Great service. But it just wasn't for me.

Comfortable, excellent kitchen and close to airport, comfortable for transit passengers in all ways.

There has been quite a lot thought to be make it appealing with its vintage furniture book shelf etc. Bathroom cleanliness to be taken care. Mattress quality is really bad, doesn't support your back. Breakfast was interesting. Very basic gym one treadmill and some weights nothing else.

This was my third stay at this hotel. It's a well maitained clean hotel having well appointed rooms.

Pleasant staff were accomodating and efficient. I was surprised to discover that breakfast was not included. The room was clean, well furnished. As this was booked for a flight layover the hotel was close to the airport.

Standard rooms as ok as they did not have proper wardrobes and safety lockers. But deluxe rooms are good and have all facilities.
