Muy comoda y muy excelente atención

Great value for the money. Clean place, courteous staff. Guests who come here are very lucky. Staff has a logical attitude. Guests should pack a fly swatter in their suitcase for the occasional Roach. I know I did.

Clean and good price

I highly recommend this hotel. It is awesome. The staff were wonderful. It is essentially located to walk anywhere in downtown San Jose and then some close to shopping, eating and museums.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is absolutely awesome. It’s located in downtown San Jose. It’s within walking distance of many many restaurants, shopping. Anything you want the museums? It’s all right here.

Looks clean, but feeling unsafe because of the neighborhood and there was no private parking. We could park on the street but have to get up and move the car by 6 AM to a parking garage 1 or 2 blocks from there. We finally didn't sleep there and left for a different hotel without asking for the payment back (we checked in and stayed in the room for about 10 minutes and decided to leave).

I highly recommend this hotel. I absolutely love it. The staff is outstanding, the location is perfect, it is a wonderful hotel. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Said it was near the airport nowhere near it bad neighborhood no parking I didn’t even stay there but still had to pay

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was completely awesome. The room was nice. The only thing I will say is it was a little loud sometimes at night. It was just a little loud and then early in the morning other than that it was great.

Wonderful hotel. Located within walking distance of the heart of San José and near a lot of transit options - including the bus to/from the airport. The hotel itself was extremely clean and has great WiFi. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend - a great value!
