Clean room, good breakfast, but not the room facing to Königssee

Wonderful place to stay for a quick weekend getaway or a longer stay. Beautiful updated rooms.

This hotel was great! Staff was Super friendly (especially Alex!) they were very accommodating and friendly. *note there are no elevators there, so if that is an issue for you…I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

They had great customer service and Maria at the restaurant was amazing. Also, they noticed it was my husband’s birthday and left him a nice birthday card with a Prosecco bottle. They do not have elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage’s upstairs. Parking was a bit hard to find since we arrived late at night when everything was closed. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The people and location are great. Would definitely come again.

Excellent location, very nice room, great service and outstanding restaurant. Only drawback is no kettle or coffee in room.

This facility is not for anyone with disabilities. There are a lot of steps and no elevator or ramps. Rooms are very clean and modern. They are small by U.S. standards. I think that is part of the ambiance of staying in a hotel built in the 1860s

The hotel is very modern even if it looks a bit traditional from the outside. Just on the shore of Konigssee lake. The rooms are modern and cozy.

Hotel in good location, right next to the lake. But nothing special is in the neighborhood. Is not worthy to pay more for the location. Room was quite old. I expected more for the price.

Wunderbar! The location was perfect, with great views and access to walking routes. Room and amenities were great (note - there is no kettle in the room). All staff were super friendly and the restaurant serves a great breakfast and dinner. Danke schon Hotel Konigssee!

Excellent value

We stayed in a newly remodeled room, very nicely and tastefully done. From the bay window looking towards the side we saw the lake. The included breakfast was tasty with a nice selection, and the dinner there was one of the best we had on our entire trip. Nice views of the lake from the restaurant as well. The staff was very helpful and nice. You are right there by the lake, just steps away. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel room was as far from the front door as was possible. Ceiling and doorway were both very low, room was very outdated and it was impossible to turn around in the tiny bathroom. Hotel did not appear to be anywhere near full so we were baffled at receiving that room.

++++ The location is absolutely perfect to visit Königssee and Jennerbahn. Furthemore, the restaurant which located in hotel is also nice place to see the lake. Service is also good ----- However, funiture is little bit old- such as unparalleled beds, and the hotel shares parking spaces with others.

Property located near attractions, great service, great breakfast. Wi-Fi only worked while in hotel lobby and restaurant area. This needs improvement.
