The hotel was just good, clean, good and safe place but one thing did not like at all, i have to pay 39.000 thousand pesos about 10 dollars, city taxes, the recepcionist put in the card reader 3’900.000… about 1000 thousan dollars… a big difference.. i don’t know if it was a mistake or by purpose… just be carefully in colombia or everywhere..

Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Metro is within walking distance as well. Size of the room was perfect. Wifi internet is decent. Free breakfast included. Staff is very friendly. Air conditioning gets very cold. Hot shower. The only negative is there are no windows to the outside.

You get what you pay for- breakfast options were limited and my room did not have a window which was not ideal. Bed was not comfortable, way too hard. Staff was reasonably friendly.

Place is good for the value of what you pay. Close to everything but far away enough from all the night life of the area. If that’s what you’re looking for no doubt there are the best spot!!

Stayed here for a long weekend, the staff here was very helpful in everything from setting up airport pickup/drop-offs, putting flowers in the room and so much more! Truly happy with the location, the cleanliness and accommodations of the room, and will definitely be staying here in future visits!

Really friendly staff and executive room was excellent

I liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel. The staffs were all good. The only thing I didn’t like was the sound the breakfast place made in the morning. Our room was right on top of the breakfast place so when the breakfast time started you could hear all the noises.

Great place. Very clean and comfortable with great shower and great air conditioner. And great staff I can see how someone who speaks English might misinterpret them on misunderstanding each other and potentially be perceived as not so nice. I did not experience it because they were great to me, but I can imagine why some people Have had reviews and they think that the staff is not so nice. They are nice, it’s just misunderstanding.

Is a very clean small hotel with only breakfast facilities; One person in reception and sometimes one employee dont know anything about address near the hotel... Another employee was very cooperative

The property is very good located. The staff was very friendly and take good care of us. The place was very clean and water from the shower is great. The bed matress and the pollows are super hard. They got a laundry service that they wash your clothe and charge you by the kg. I use it and my black or dark clothes is mess upo. Is whitish. The breakfast is ok, although is included.
