The customer booked 2 rooms but 1 room was wrong, the customer did not come to check in but the hotel did not contact the customer and the next day when the customer checked in, they found out it was a mistake but the hotel still did not resolve it for the customer and the customer had to rebook 1 more room (even though I am a regular customer using the hotel's services). The hotel and Travaloka's hotel booking service kept making appointments to contact each other and then reply to the customer. But then there was no contact with the customer😡
