we stayed two nights and they didn't inform me that they don't clean the rooms unless you ask, damn annoying

So close to transport links and the centre of the city, with supermarkets and restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Good location and comfortable

My stay was good, I liked the staffs and how quiet the surroundings are. However the only thing I didn’t quite like my room was the Tv and the fact there was no telephone in the room. Thankfully nothing emergency happened but in certain scenarios whereby could’ve possibly happpeend was thinking what would happened if I needed to call and there was no telephone I was told by one receptionist it was removed from all the rooms due to some electronic problems that was what I was told. Aside this the stag was very nice , check in was very smooth, same as checkout as well.

Beautiful & comfortable room. Kind staff. Located right beside a train station, train journey to Mall of Scandinavia takes only 3 minutes!

Overall good stay

Nice hotel but the area is not the greatest. Not dangerous but very ethnic.

It did what it was supposed to do

Hotellet behöver verkligen uppdatera sina sängar! Personalen är super trevliga och hjälpsamma. Frukosten är den bästa vi någonsin haft!

Sehr gute Zimmer und ruhig gelegen. Gutes Frühstück. Nah an der Innenstadt

Meget fint .. fin placering.

Centralt beläget hotel, nära till det mesta i i Helsingborg. Väldigt bra frukostbuffé.

Trångt vid frukosten, även då vi åkte ”off-season”.

Bekvämt, rent och fint. Bra frukost! Parkeringshus var dyrt och fullt men lyckades hitta gatuparkering gratis.

Sängen och kuddarna inte särskilt sköna. Sängen lät när man rörde sig. Kylskåpet var mer ett värmeskåp… Funkade inte att casta till tv:n trots att vi följde instruktionerna helt.

Förra gången väcktes vi av dunket från gymmet, löpbandet. Denna gång har vi lyssnat på radion som strömmar ur ventilationen.

Trevligt hotell, beställde en kingsize säng men fick en 160 säng som gnisslande. Annars bra läge och kunnig personal
