Chosen hotel for medical visit to Mahkota Medical Center. Very convenient within short walking distance, security always friendly. Cant say the same to Front Desk staff, robotlike no smile at all. Wash basin in the bathroom was clogged, engineering came to solve it. Jetspray needed to be changed, water seeping from the hose. The room was quite dusty especially in the window corner area, They changed the lobby drop off area, where they set some chairs in front of elevator, now with paid massage chairs. And set some chairs and tables only for those who buy their sandwich and drinks. Nice way to upsell, but dont forget most of the guests are those needed medical treatment in the hospital next building, so please consider some chairs for them to sit while waiting for the elevator.

The hotel staff was friendly. Unfortunately, there wasn't a single large bed. There were two single beds. The location is close to the hospital.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to Mahkota Hospital and Mahkota Mall, and there are many halal culinary options nearby. It's 200 meters to the Panorama M100 bus stop to Malacca Sentral, costing 1.40 ringgit. It's 800 meters to the tourist attraction Jonker Street. The rooms are clean and fragrant, and most importantly, the restaurant is halal-certified by Jakim Malaysia.

Security, concierge and cleaning service are very friendly and efficient.

Only the location can really make this hotel popular, especially for those who want to get treatment at Mahkota Hospital. It's time for this hotel to be renovated so that it is fresh and comfortable. Breakfast also needs to be improved.

Hotel staff are friendly. room are not very clean. suprisingly the hotel have gym room. not bad elevator need more attention. the button sometime hardly to press. maybe the staff need to check it regularly. In my opinion cek in time at 3PM are to long. location are good. near mahkota hospital and shopping area. also easy to find food. lots of reastaurant and food stall nerby

The reception staff was unfriendly and didn't carefully check the room we booked. The room's AC was problematic. The engineer was friendly. The location was excellent, as it was next to the hospital we were going to.
