Its was a good and cosy stay

Slightly out of the way and not geared up for Western tourists. We were the only ones staying there. The room was OK but the balcony unfortunately overlooked a building site. There was no bucket (for soaking clothes) and the bathroom didn't have an extractor fan. The best thing was the breakfasts which we really enjoyed and here the service was much the best in the hotel.

washroom especially commode was out dated...flush flow was not at all good..must change with new one

The hotel was okay for a budget friendly family. The most disappointing aspect of it was how moldy and humid the bathroom was because the dehumidifier in the bathroom did not work. The tile all over the bathroom was growing mold. The staff was kind of slow in responding but something we were prepared for when traveling to this area. The lobby was always kept clean and they had a restaurant onsite which offered a wide variety of freshly cooked options.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed.. Not clean. Service was poor. Never trust the check in time given in website. Not recommended.

Staff all very helpful and caring. Clean and tidy.

Facilities were fine. Food was not catered to western.

The stay here was great! The included breakfast included a live counter which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and the service was prompt.

A good mid-range city hotel in Panjim. Plenty of good restaurants available within a 10 to 15 min walk. Breakfast OK, but could be improved with better coffee, and from being served inside, rather than in the rather cramped rear yard on wobbly plastic furniture. Helpful, friendly staff.

Hotel stay was brief, as we were out most part of the day. Ambience is good, staff is courteous. We had booked 2 standard double bed rooms, one of which was upgraded to a suite. Complimentary breakfast was included, which was delicious. Only thing is location is bit away from happening places at Panjim, but taxis and bikes are readily available for rent from the hotel. Staff is very strict with check out time, not flexible at all.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay in this hotel....location was perfect....morning breakfast delicious.....hotel staff very courteous....although the scooters hired at the hotel do need a little repair work...brakes & alignment issues.

Well hotel is nice but hygiene is not upto the mark. Firstly I don't get the room I booked via hotel.com which I don't liked at all, because when I have got a room booked at least a month earlier and same has been confirmed by the hotel one day before my arrival. Secondly the toilet don't have exhaust fan and window glass of toilet was broken. But food is very tasty full marks for the same. Staff is co operative. Location of hotel is very good.
