Great location, with clean great rooms

Hotel was a 20 minute walk, Taxi Drivers refused to convey us to/from Hotel. The said walking distance, not taking into consideration my Mobility issues. Hotel weren't interested.

Great place to stay, would definitely recommend for easy access to Genève.

Not handicap accessible. Smelled like smoke. Had to take 3 elevators to handicap room. I safe area

Prior to checking in, I exchanged e-mails with a staffer named Mehdi. I told him I was deathly allergic to smoke inhalation, I was allergic to strong smells and that I did not use drugs, never had, never will. While the taxi driver and I brought my luggage to the front door, I noticed a skinny, white man all dressed in black, smoking a cigarette right next to entrance door. I rang the door's bell while the skinny man used his hotel card to open it. Then, he started to touch my luggage, som Through my actions, I showed that guy I neither needed nor wanted his help. There was this instance where I reached for a suitcase and he did it immediately after me. His head was almost under my nose. In a commanding tone of voice, I said: "Stay away from me." The man walked to a reading room first and then disappeared. Next, my check-in was processed. In the apartment, the trash can had trash from the previous guest. There were no dish towel in the kitchen and no brush and dust pan. The frying pan had not been washed. For a multiple day stay, they left one dishwasher tablet. Once I settled in the room, I used my phone's spy gadget detector apps. I covered what the apps found and the room became quieter There is a train running at short intervals, which you hear every time. The surrounding area of the hotel does not feel safe.

Very close to train and tram stations making transportation very convenient.

I stayed in Annemasse as it is less than half an hour from Geneva and much cheaper. The surrounding area of the hotel is terrible. while that's nothing the hotel can help, this would be a strong reason not to visit again. The train tracks run right past the hotel, and the train runs until late - it gets loud. My room smelled strongly of smoke, which the very nice staff was aware about. They very helpfully offered to give me another room, due to my short stay I declined. Weirdly, opening the window, which I had to since the fan in the room wasn't working, made the smell worse. The bathroom was very clean, however, there were stains on the bedsheets and covers. Again, I'm sure staff would've helped, but I chose to turn the sheets over myself - my concern is more that this was a problem in the first place. You can also hear the noise from every neighbouring room. There was a kitchen with a small hob that also wasn't fully clean, so I didn't use it. I wouldn't have minded any of this so much, but the hotel holds a deposit of 150 Euros on your credit card in case issues arise, if you use a practice like this, your hotel should be clean so guests don't fear for their deposit, I think.

Good size rooms with a small kitchen, good breakfast provided. 5 min walk from station. No air conditioning, so rooms can get quite warm.

This was perfect for our needs. Right by the train station. They weee able to accommodate three adults in perfectly comfortable beds (3 twin) they had soap in the shower, a kitchen sink with dishes and a kettle for our tea! They even had a fan which made sleeping more comfortable. It was perfect!

Annemasse is perfect to stay close to Geneva, but paying so much less for accomodation and food than in Switzerland. This is right at the border of France and Switzerland but you don’t notice it when crossing. Few minutes walk to the train station. Trains to Geneva every 10-15 mins or less until very late at night. Clean and fairly quiet hotel with a kitchenette perfect for any meals, even cooking your dinners. The price is unbeatable. Simple and convenient option to stay by Geneva. Pay attention when you buy your train tickets from the machines. You should see a price of a bit above 4CHF from Annemass to Geneva. Different train companies have different rates and you could end up with a hefty ticket price otherwise. Use the touch screen red machines for buying your train tickets.

Very nice hotel

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Breakfast is lovely and staff are so helpful and friendly

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff (especially when I locked myself out of my room wearing only a t-shirt and underpants (it's a long story)). 5-10 minute walk to railway station and 20 mins by train to Geneva. Fridge in room was welcome. However, it's close to the railway; sometimes the crockery would rattle on the draining board when a train went by. Maybe that was just a ground floor thing. Had to deposit €150 as a security bond. While the bond was understandable the price seemed excessive. But was nice, on the whole.

Rooms good, pleasant property on a quiet street, close to train station, restaurants and bars.

The hotel was new and very nice looking. Unfortunately it’s a very hot climate in Geneva. The hotel for some reason doesn’t have air conditioning (even though it was 35C/95F) outside everyday in the forecast. All they had in the room was one fan for the main room. The suite room had no fan. We had to open the windows open all night which only let more warm air in. Below was a train yard with trains going by all night. Staff didn’t seem to care that it was a very uncomfortable night. Is their a Law in France that AC is not allowed??? We had a similar issue in Paris

Cleanliness was very disappointing
