Rooms is clean and comfy. The Onsen is okay, just too many people go for Onsen at night time. Breakfast is good and lots of choice. This hotel is good for family with kids. Parking spaces is not enough.

Property is clean but dated. The indoor playground is wonderful for my kids. The buffet meals were great and had a wide variety. Definitely would recommend and come back.

Excellent breakfast with so many choices. Nice onsen; maybe a little bit low temperature for me, but I am guessing many non-Japanese will like that.

We enjoyed our night stay for relaxation and onsen. My kids (under 6) enjoyed the lobby room play area and the staff were courteous. The izayaka restaurant was a nice treat. Good food for a great price. We’ll be back :)

The hotel is nice and with nice view. The staff in their Japanese restaurant are so caring and considerate. I like this hotel and may book here again is I visit the surrounding area again.

This is a large resort area for Japanese families. Beautiful and large onsen with nice outside rock area. We were the only Caucasian’s.

The traditional Japanese room is great for families with small children. The onsen and play areas are just what tired parents need. Very happy with our stay.

As rated, clean and great service. However very old hotel, and beds are very hard. Bathrooms very small, and overall dated hotel. Caters to large tour buses. Overpriced buffet, amazing local restaurants, best I've had in years. Just need to walk 10-15 mins. Onsen was great but no tattoos!! FYI. My Fuji is amazing if you can see it, and the observatory is good as well. Try picnic bus to rock restaurant, and sunshine meadows. Be sure to catch the early bus, very limited hours.

it was pleasant although a little out of the way, surprised to see quite a number of tourist groups staying over. Breakfast and dinner was decent, it could be better. the room was large compared to most hotels.

父、母、子ども３人で宿泊させていただきました。 飲み物やお菓子、漫画、遊戯施設など本当に最高なホテルでした！！お風呂も熱すぎず、ベビー用品が備えられていてとても良かったです！今まで宿泊したホテルで限りなくNo.1なホテルです！また絶対に宿泊させて頂きます！

部屋の床と、朝食テーブルの下、ゴミだらけ、掃除が不十分です。

<良かった点> ・ロビースタッフ、レストランスタッフの対応が良く、好印象でした。 ・レストラン会場にトレーを乗せるカートがあって助かった。 <気になった点> ・部屋が下水臭かった…元は古い施設なので仕方ないですが💦 ・部屋の水を入れるボトルが濡れてる状態で準備されててこれは？前のまま？洗ったのか？と気になった。 ・スタッフさんによるかもしれないですが、23時にお風呂が終わりますが、休憩スペースの椅子に座ってたら何も声かけられず電気を消された。 ・朝、お風呂の休憩スペースのドリンクサービスがない。 ・ロビー横のお土産屋さんが、チェックアウトの時間帯にやってない。 ・通常ラウンジ、エグゼクティブラウンジの差がそこまでなく、せめて次の日の朝もエグゼクティブの方は開けた方が、それを選ぶメリットがある。 ・連泊してる人がいる場合は、チェックアウト後からチェックインの時間帯までは、ホテルで何もできないので外で過ごすしかない？ ・夜お風呂で吐いた子の場所が、掃除しているとは思いますが、次の日の朝もそのまま養生されてて、ちゃんと掃除してるのかな？と思った。

とても満足。出迎えがなかったのは少し驚いたが他は最高でした。
