The staff is friendly, enthusiastic, attentive and careful. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is near the port so the location is convenient.

The reservation was not smooth, should inform the name of all the guest. I have never experienced this since I booked the hotel online. When check in also he said the room was not available and had to wait until 5 o'clock.

Very nice place with a sea view with lights all around. Adds to the beauty of the night. Very friendly 24 hour standby service. The place is close to Whampoa bus station, Mtr Hung Ham and whampoa and ferry crossing to nort point. Distance to Airport about 20 minutes at a cost of 650. To the fleet of limosine.

It was so memorable. nice view nice room nice apartment. it is hard to find food near hotel but the cafe has few nice menu and the wash machine didn't work so well. the staff is helpful and so kind.

Generally good. We can check in early and late check out even though it is only until 13:00. The drawback is that the breakfast menu is very limited and for 3 days the menu has not changed. This needs to be improved. They don't even have an egg station, so forget about having an omelette or sunny side up for breakfast. And, this is the worst: no fruits at all. The shuttle bus to and from Tsim Sha Tsui is definitely very useful.

For now the second day is satisfying dear children can not swim.

Quite comfortable hotel and a pretty strategic location in Kowloon Hongkong

Quite satisfied when staying at kowloon harbourfront hote, we were upgraded our room to be a sea view. The scenery is very nice and can walk around the seafront with views of hongkong lamps fan buildings. What a shame the location is a bit far with public transportation

The hotel is very good, in fact I get a free upgrade from city view to harbor view. Very good and fast service. The room is very spacious with 2 beds and has a kitchen set. It was greatly helped by the free shuttle every 20 minutes to Tsim Sha Tsui center

The hotel is comfortable and suitable for family trips, the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable plus facilities such as handy phones can be used for portable hotspots and local free telephone is very helpful for travelers, the area around the hotel is good and suitable for morning jogging, the swimming pool is good but there are many rules only 1 shortcomings of his breakfast was disappointing his menu was very limited and impressed carelessly better booking without breakfast.
