Fantastic stay!

This hotel was an amazing experience in Tuscany. The service was really great, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. It had amazing views and I would 100% recommend dining at their restaurant. The breakfast was also great. I would recommend it to my friends and its a good value for your money.

Absolutely in love with this place!! We wanted a centered location to do day trips to small towns, this was it perfect! the decoration, was so so nice and clean. Great grounds, pool (a little too cold) but great for very warm weather, amazing view of the lake and landscape. Theres a great winery just 4 minutes away! The room and bathroom were very spacious, we had a crib on our room for our baby, the bed was AMAZING, and the toilettries.. well.. the best ever, i´ll dream of that basil shampoo for ever (couldnt find one in italy to buy haha) The staff was incredible, Gerald, Paula and Hannah were amazing with us, helped us with great tips and anything we needed with the best and nicest attitude ever! Food was superb! we had dinner one night and were stunned with the food, and everyday buffet was delicious! We always had a high chair in our table every morning for breakfast. <3 We had a cooking class which was incredible with a fantastic spread and view, and they accomodated a high chair and some dough for our baby to join us) Would recommend this place to anyone going to Tuscany and wanting a nice, elegant, centered place to stay for a couple of days (one is not enough!) Thank you for everything, you made our trip even more fantastic!

The property is one of the best we have stayed at for more peace and quiet with beautiful accommodations and scenery. It has the most beautiful country rolling hills and is about a 12 km taxi ride from Chiusi.

Porsenna Resort was the most amazing place we stayed in Italy! We absolutely loved it and just can’t say enough good things! The staff especially Harold and Paula were ever present and happy to help with anything that came up. The owner Rocco made us cappuccinos in the morning and visited with us over drinks in the evening as we watched the sunset over a picture perfect landscape. Dinner at the small restaurant was flavorful and graciously served. This place is like a picture perfect postcard. If you want a peaceful stop on the hectic journey that is a trip to this lovely and historic country, Porsenna resort is the spot!

Night manager was terrible let's the place down

Best hotel out of all our trip through Italy, Spain and France. We were very fortunate, this boutique hotel hasn’t been open too long, less than a year, in time prices are going to sky ticket!. Take advantage of it right now! Best breakfast ever!. Unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy more as we were day only one day :(

Out stay began as we were greeted by Nicola. He's got an easy demeanor that welcomes you in and makes you feel right at home. The property is beautiful. Marco the chef has many culinary delights in store for guests. The value was far above all. I loved it there.

My wife, our one-and-a-half-year-old son, and I spent 5 nights at Porsenna Resort. It was an incredible stay, enjoying the beauty of the region in a hotel with all the structure and sophistication we needed. The location is also very convenient, about 30–40 minutes from the main cities in the area, with easy access roads. The rooms are excellent, with a very comfortable bed, shower, and space. The only remark is about the morning light, as the wooden doors and windows let in some brightness early in the day. The hotel also has the Lars restaurant, which shares a beautifully maintained lawn with stunning views over Umbria and Tuscany. The real highlight, without a doubt, is the staff. Rocco and his wife lead the team brilliantly — everyone is always smiling and ready to make the stay unforgettable. For those who enjoy good music, there is the bonus of listening to Rocco playing the piano on some evenings, with beautiful Italian songs. A special thanks to Elitza, who took care of us with great attention throughout our stay. Grazie Porsenna Resort e arrivederci!

Cucina poco organizzata e prezzo troppo alto

A little paradise in Tuscany. Harmony with nature and spectacular views. Great staff and great breakfast, nice rooms with good beds, and good pool area. I’m grateful for the opportunity of being there. I recommend it.!

Mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Réservation d'une chambre de luxe, or notre chambre ne comportait aucune armoire, une seule chaise (pour 2 pers.), une moustiquaire déchirée, une salle de bain insalubre : écoulement de la douche partiellement bouché, eau qui a coulé dans les toilettes toute la nuit, petites bêtes noires ressemblant à des cafards se promenant sur le sol, les murs, le lavabo, beurkk. Après une nuit détestable, et notre réclamation auprès de l'hôtel, perte de temps à refaire nos valises pour nous réinstaller dans une autre chambre pour notre 2e nuit. Le restaurant est à éviter! Nous commandons une bouteille de vin, la serveuse nous amène 1 verre à vin normal et un autre qui ne ressemble à rien. L'un de nous demande un antipasti + un plat, l'autre seulement un plat. La serveuse apporte les 2 plats principaux en même temps mais pas l'antipasti. Donc l'un a mangé tout seul pendant que l'autre a attendu son antipasti plus d'une demi-heure puis encore un bon quart d'heure avant de recevoir son plat principal qui avait été plus que réchauffé, la viande très sèche, pas bon. La terrasse du restaurant est jolie dommage que les lampes étaient entourées de toiles d'araignée. La piscine aussi est jolie mais l'échelle pour descendre dans l'eau était mal scellée et le pommeau de douche en piteux état. Les extérieurs sont beaux avec une vue plongeante sur le lac. Dommage, cet hôtel manque sérieusement d'entretien alors qu'il pourrait être magnifique vu sa situation.
