The Best Severn Motel is a clean, new, well run hotel with a very courteous helpful staff who made me feel as if I was part of their family and ensured I always had fresh towels and a spotless room. If you're looking for a nice simple accommodation, I highly recommend the Best Seven Motel. .

Owner Mr Chin very helpful, he upgraded our room to triple bed free of charge, location near Idaman Suri and Haji Ismail Grup, but bit far from other attraction. Very recommended place.

Overall it was good, staff were friendly and helpful. They also provide car rental service, they will pick and send from jetty or airport as long you book with them. The room quite small but manageable. Worth it for a budget trip. Recommended

They provide bilik solat and ironing station. They also provide water dispenser I forget it’s either cuckoo or coway or some other well known brand which is very convenient. Near to HIG and Idaman Suri which I can walk to go there. Oh yes the sufficient speed of wifi and good tv channel. Very convenient for a single room.

Cleanliness is very satisfying. The only room he had was a little narrow. Top tip rental car service as he picks up and delivers to the airport. Then there are people for info on the best ideas and temptations to visit.

Best budget hotel for me, the free wifi connection is excellent compared to other prestigious hotel. Recommended if need for a comfy and low budget staying.

A great location. near to 7e, 24 laundry, duty free shop that have very cheap chocolate compared to other duty free mall/shop and idaman suri. HIG complex only a few minutes drive. the room is a bit small but we get room for triple so we manage to perform solat in room rather than we have to going to prayer room every time we want to perform solat. their WiFi was very good. but we found it's too hard to park near the motel.

Receptionist very friendly. The room is very comfortable. I requested for 2 single bed but not available so they give a room for 3 (1 single and 1 queen). Very good services 👍👍
