Very good restaurant connected to the hotel.

Tv didnt work, rooms were average

Service was excellent, complementary breakfast was great room was good but a bit too warm the first night even with the air conditioner on full.

I was asked to swipe my credit card twice and believe it was charged twice. I’m hoping they are able to resolve it and I’m not double charged for my one nights stay.

The parking is awful at this hotel. The room had an odd odour, and had a hard time finding a wall plug that worked for charging my phone. There was also no one at the front desk in the morning for checking out.

Overall all good… only parking is little bit small for long vehicles

I slept well and the staff were friendly. I wish I had gone elsewhere for breakfast. When I used the voucher at White Spot they were understaffed, the one waitress confused my order, the selection was very limited and it took an hour to get scrambled eggs that were not hot when they got to me.

It’s a decent hotel. It was clean enough, I didn’t notice anything particularly dirty. Very tricky for parking as the stalls are very skinny. The hot water stopped working during our stay which was less than favorable as we had to get ready for a wedding.

Second time here and the girls checking in are the nicest people I have ever met

Was able to use the trolly in the elevator but when I came out of the elevator tor there were stairs down to my floor. I had to unload the trolley and carry my suitcases to my room at the end of the hallway. I'm a senior .This was inconvenient. No hand rail at front door . High step.

Clean and friendly front staff. Great complimentary breakfast in the whitespot downstairs. Furniture and decorations are a little dated but very clean and well maintained. Great for the price, would definitely choose to come again!
