Everything about this property was extremely fantastic! But honestly the best thing about this place is experience and the reason for that is because of the people that work there I stayed there for one week and I felt like they were part of my family when I left the people that work in a restaurant people who work in the lobby so accommodating and so friendly to me just like all the people in Beirut! Thank you so much for everything!

Everything was good except for the breakfast. It was very poor and not worthy of the money we had paid. Also, we had to ask for amenities.

From the moment we checked in until we checked out the experience was rather nice and very professional. The room we were generously upgraded to was beautiful and the front desk employee - Ramez - was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the hotel and their rooftop restaurant.

Was very nice, I booked room without breakfast while checking out Mr. Naji from sale departament was at front desk and he deducted the breakfast from invoice considering my booking as BB. I thank Mr. Naji and all hotel staff they are wonderful and too much kind and friendly.

Location was amazing. Beautiful view of the Jounieh Bay and Harissa from their rooftop pool. Restaurant conveniently located on the Rooftop with great food for lunch dinner and breakfast.
