Everything was great about this hotel. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly. Easy walking distance to most things, easy jog to the river trail. Will stay here again.

Initial check in guy was kinda rude. Like he didn't want to have to repeat himself when I asked for some clarification. The other clerks at the check in desk seemed fine.

Great property.. parking is very convenient in the garage next to them. Walking distance to anything whiskey row. Clean and friendly staff. Highly recommended and will stay here again

We enjoyed the hotel. It is in downtown Louisville, it is safe and walkable. Nice breakfast but had to pay additional for parking.

Building is clean and modern. Parking garage is located across the alley, not under the building, which is a bit inconvenient, especially since the daily fee is expensive.

We got there and they didn’t greet us, the hotel has no pool, and we had to pay for parking as well

Exactly as advertised. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Located within walking distance of everything we were there to do.

Really loved this hotel. VERY clean. Me and my friend had an amazing stay there. Front desk was nice and helpful gave us some local business recommendations while we were there for the weekend and she recommended some good places I wish i remembered her name. Only thing a lil frustrating was the bill being different than what I was told it was $80 more than what my receipt was for. I was told this was apart of the taxes that they don’t apply online. Wasn’t the biggest deal to me but I wish I knew that beforehand. Other than that highly recommend the stay.

They wouldn’t let me check in, because my mom got sick and couldn’t come. I need a refund for the trip. They said I can get a refund at the front desk because I wasn’t allowed to stay even after booking a reservation
