Such a lovely day. The room was beautiful and comfortable and clean. Slept great!

EASY ACCESS TO ALL 3 TRI-CITIES. BY THE LOWER PASCO BRIDGE, IN KENNEWICK, AND ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO RICHLAND. GREAT SITE BY THE RIVER.

Great location but limited amenities (no bar, gym, restaurant, hot tub), pool was freezing. Under renovation so a bit shabby and disorganized. Very noisy on weekends with cars racing in the street and teens partying. Some staff were great, some were indifferent. Most seemed to know very little about the area so not able to recommend places to go.

The breakfast was good. The swimming pool water was too cold so didn’t swim. The staff was nice and friendly.

Best thing about this property is the water pressure in the shower and the parking lot on the river. This property is very old, the carpet and furniture seems to be the original

The downside of staying there is the new ownership has closed the restaurant and bar. The event that I attended had to contract out for food and alcohol beverages.

They are in the process of remodeling so once that is done it im sure they will get better reviews. This is an older hotel with great views of the Colombia River.

It needs to be updated, very dated and musty smelling

The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the view of the river is lovely. There are a couple of very good restaurants adjacent to the hotel, and it’s a great area to walk or ride bikes.

We stay here at least once a year. Such a nice location on the river. Good value with pleasant staff

If you enjoy waking up and opening your curtains to a nice view, this is the place to stay. Excellent staff, friendly and safe atmosphere. We will be staying here again.
