Room and breakfast was ok. The hotel’s is nicely located. What’s surprising is the category of Exceptional, it’s far from it. It’s also surprising that the offering incluses ‘Air conditioning with control’, when the room was like a sauna, and the hotel refused to honor this offering

Excellent stay!! Miguel and other staff at front desk friendly and helpful even when not asked- offering umbrella when we arrived without luggage or raincoat and about to go out in rain. Room nice and quiet. Nice area to stay in.

Not as great as expected. Rated 9.6 stars but no. Room was big but bathroom was tine and not finctional.

Perfect location and very accommodating

For a foriegn traveller that speaks very limited spanish it was nice that at least a couple staff new english. It was very good area for walking, lots of restuarants, easy walk to recoleta cemetary area. Good pizza place on corner and by cemetery, cash exchange kiosk about 2 blocks away. Good veiw from the roof top small pool area. La Qaurencia was really good and the sweets from Sasha Pasteles were amazing.

Nice location and friendly staff Breakfast was ok but definitely need to replenish coffee more often. Quad room for 4 quite small and only 1 sink and tight bathroom. Could use better quality shower supplies.

The hotel pool was closed 2 consecutive days and the 3rd day it was open but extremely cold. The breakfast is very poor and lack quality and healthy food. The elevator was broke and we have to go for an elevator a little far from our room and at the end you have to take the stairs with the suitcase and my children and staff did not help. One day with not electricity we could not sleep because of the room temperature. No one in the hotel cares about it. I have to leave and booked another hotel so I waist my money.

This is a minimalist style hotel. Everything was neat, clean and orderly. The breakfast buffet is very nice and the staff is very helpful. The neighborhood is very nice and convenient to many areas that visitors may want to see. A couple of things to note. We were not able to get washclothes for our room. We did ask for them, but maybe it is not customary, but never saw one while we were there. Secondly, when trying to reach the hotel by phone, the number on Hotels.com was not correct. it should be (54 11) 2150 4680 per their business card we received.

I stayed there for 3 days before my tour started, then 1 day after my tour was over. The service was excellent the first stay, but not so good the second stay. There were no tea bags and coffee in the room. No cups, either.

Unique in that only 3 rooms per floor! That makes the elevator close to hand but not busy. Nice area. Our room has a lovely balcony with a wrought iron table and 2 chairs. The room also has 2 chairs, a couple of small drawers, a mini fridge and a bar sink and kettle. Two wine glasses. The bathroom was compact but complete. A good stay.

Safe area ; clean ; bathroom and showers small and cramped but modern….rooms kind of dark …. Staff very friendly ; breakfast ok … if I stayed in BA again I would stay in Palermo , more to do for tourists. Tip: use über … way cheaper than taxis
