Perfect stop on our way to Campos do Jordao. Valdir at the reception received us at 1am and was very nice and professional. Room is clean and confortable. Good breakfast and safe parking.

we had a great stay here, this hotel is very comfortable with a great breakfast, spacious rooms and plenty of hot water in a full stream shower, the staff are very kind and helpful which may our weeks stay very enjoyable, a great place to stay and fully recommended !

Stayed for one night while visiting friends in the area. The room was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. My only negative point were the high costs of the “extra” items in the room (mini-bar). Is it really necessary to charge 2-3x’s the actual cost for a bottle of water?

We had a one-night stay and it was pleasant. We walked to a restaurant nearby and the next day visited a church located in a park area/square. It was relatively quiet and our room had a view of the Christ statue on a distant hill, similar to Rio, but much smaller. The Wifi was good in the room. They provided a nice breakfast that was kept stocked with the food offered.

O hotel é bom. A cama e ducha são excelentes. Apenas falta um bom isolamento para sons externos.

Hotel confortável e bem limpo. Estacionamento apertado e não comporta todos os carros, qdo cheio é necessário deixar as Chaves na recepção. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor, com presunto de verdade e manteiga, (apresuntado e margarina ninguém merece), mas é questão de gosto. Os funcionários da recepção são educados e atencioso.

Apartamento amplo, limpo, tudo em ordem. Café da manhã razoável. Bom custo x benefício.

Nota 10 para a limpeza, recepção caféda manhã. O espaço do quarto me surpreendeu. Fiquei no quarto 913 era um apartamento com sala, quarto, cozinha e banheiro com hidromassagem. A cama king super confortável. Amei❤️
