I stayed in this hotel for 11 days as a solo traveler. The staff was very helpful, especially Bianca and Alexandra. They tried their best to accommodate my requests. Kudos to their remarkable customer service! The location is likewise accessible as it is near the tube station. I easily navigated my way through London because of this. I just hope that there will be variety in breakfast, and not just a fixed menu every single day. Nevertheless, if I were to go back to London, I will not hesitate to stay here again.
