Hotel is located closer to the beach and that's only positive thing about it. Free parking is on street and on off the facility parking area nearby. We were lucky to always find parking spot, not sure what to do if you come very late at night and no spots available. Hotel located between beach and residential area. Some surrounding area looks bit economically depressed but that's part of the experience. Hotel rooms are fine and clean but bathroom situation soured our experience. Bathroom are small and thats fine but some rooms are missing glass partition between shower area and toilet (and some rooms have very sort partition) so when you take shower then water splashes every where including toilet, we didn't like this situation. We were also not informed of room service policies, they don't replace towels or clean room everyday (they only take rubbish everyday)..full service is every second or third day, lady at reception wasn't completely clear on it. We didn't get breakfast at hotel (I think 15€ each adult) instead walk few blocks and got it from close by bakeries.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week here in one of the Junior Suites - lovely to wake up to a beautiful sea view. All staff demonstrated the highest levels of politeness, friendliness and helpfulness throughout the stay, with a special mention to Vicky on reception, who was an absolute fount of knowledge and suggestions. Many thanks to everyone for making our visit so wonderful.

It was a good hotel

The hotel is very homy . Front desk ladies are very pleasant and helpful . Hotel is located close to everything and it’s walking distance . Crete sea is right next to it . Feeling of safety is in the air . Loved our stay .

This property was suggested by ebooker's rep. after failing to original book online. This studio apartment was superb with all necessary newly equipped furniture and fantastic sea/beach view from the bedroom. Also in quiet location in front with open square. Restaurant , Bar, & reception staffs very helpful. Option to have towels & bedsheets change frequently. I would definitely go again here

Our rooms were nice but the staff was not very friendly. There was easy walking to groceries and food. Nice outside patio space to sit outside our rooms. The staff just wasn't welcoming and made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

It was a very clean, small hotel at the end of the long sandy beach area. It was quite far from the old city to walk there every day, but there are a good couple of nice restaurants nearby. The room was spacious with basic equipment in the kitchenette. Generally, we were happy with our choice but must mention a couple of things in the hope it will improve the hotel further. - Breakfast was very basic and repetitive. During our 10 day stay, we found every day the same food, which we got bored with after a few days. It would have been nice to see variety in pastries, ham, eggs or even fruits. - Showergel and shampoo...every time we had to ask for it. - The open shower was very narrow what made the whole bathroom flooding after use. On the positive side: - The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Upgraded me from basement to 2nd floor ocean view. Clean, comfortable

The location is perfect. Steps away from the beach and a number of boardwalk taverns that we enjoyed more than the busy restaurants in the main part of town. We used the car to get to the center of town with easy, inexpensive parking at the port. The hotel is lovely and our superior apartment perfect for three of us. Very spacious. We very much enjoyed the quiet and respectful guests. We did not take the buffet breakfast but it looked lovely. I highly recommend this property.

Despite we arrived to the hotel quite late in the evening, the reception desk left everything perfectly prepared for our arrival. The morning after, they advised us on the beaches to go due to the strong wind. Excellent!

Rooms were great, very spacious and well equipped with good aircon. WiFi worked well, and staff very friendly. Location was good, right by the beach with good restaurants close by.

Friendly, quiet, clean & clean smelling, spacious, close to ocean and lots of restaurants. Could walk or take local buses to old town historical area. Beach is rocky enough that water shoes are a real asset but water is very clear, warm & waves are gentle most days. The one down side is that smoking is allowed in all common areas, but that is the situation throughout Greece. Consistent, beautiful weather in Sept.

Very friendly and nice vibe at this hotel.nice breakfast buffet, nice pool and little bar with a supermarket oppisite with friendly staff in , and the beach is litrally 1 minute away. Will be coming here again :)

Hotel good for one night .the room has lots of bugs and fly and mosquitoes. They spray it but we couldn’t sleep Breakfast was good but not ready on time The room size or ok but noisy .bathroom extra small

My overall experience of the Aristea Hotel was excellent from the friendliness and helpful staff, especially Vicky on reception. The hotel was very clean, well laid out and a very pleasing and relaxing environment.
