This a wonderful, cosy, very quiet and clean boutique hotel in the middle of Belem, located between Monastery and the Presidential Palace.

Such a strange hotel, unless I missed something while booking it. It's great, nice spacious room. But there's nothing in it at all. And I didn't see anyone working there aside from single receptionist. Just a bed and TV in the room. Nothing else. Not even a glass of water or anything else. I wasn't expecting much. I know it's a 2 star hotel. But it's in a good location and room is clean. So I guess ok if thats what you need.

Cute restaurant across from the hotel behind those buildings, tower of Belém close by, monastery walking distances, pastel de Belém also walking distance, excellent location Been going there for years

Awesome location, large room. Air conditioning was a little insufficient.

Had to change room three times but staff were very helpful. Front rooms too noisy. Could do with some upgrading especially towels and shower mats.

3 minutes walking to monastery next to police station. We arrived at Friday night but quiet. Good location.

A budget friendly, clean hotel. Will stay here next time we're in Lisbon.

The only thing I didn’t like was no coffee in the room. For some, the noise from the street might be a bother but I just took my hearing aids out 😊 Staff are excellent.

It was like a dorm room . Very small Always hit our head on slopped ceiling . Not even a hook for towel in bathroom . Bed low . Not what expected, however… great location! 2 blocks from Belem tower . Loved the area and honestly would stay there again out of convenience but they could make nicer

Probably the worst bed I’ve slept in anywhere. Hard as a cracker. Heat pump/A/C didn’t work. Too loud with windows open. Unfortunate choice. Pros: very walkable

Excellent spot next to good eateries and historic places. Also well served by public transport. Nothing was too much trouble for reception staff. Highly recommended.

Centrally located by the Presidential Palace and Monasterio. Walking distance to Tower of Belém and monument of the Explorers. Lots of Parks and near the river Tagus.

Everything was fantastic. Stephan was kind and very helpful. The only thing i thought was odd was there wasnt actual garbage bags in the receptical or towel racks
