PLEASE READ THIS..The system that this people have in regards to security is intense. YOU MUST HAVE A FULL BATTERY, EXCELLENT INTERNET CONNECTION, THE WHATS APP AND WII FI. They do not tell you any of this or the fact that there is NO ONE around to help you. We had travel from the States (13hours) we arrived to this place at night. It took us almost 3 hours to figure all of this out. If it wouldn't be for a nice older couple that was also arriving...we would of to sleep outside this place. There is NO ONE arround. The Greta lady never offered to help or did not ever apologized for all the inconvenice that we had. Also there is NO FOOD in this place or microwave and there are bugs everywhere. NO WHERE in our reservation mentioned any of the above.

We had to download the app to get access to the key to open the apartment, which I was disappointed as it took 2 hrs and spent a lot of money making phone calls

When the front door opens up you find your self in this great big garden with a villa that takes you back in time in Italy Gabriela immediately makes you feel like part of her family.. the rooms are stylish and decor is great. Easy to find and almost makes you stay in Italy for ever. Breakfast is great and you sit in this great big table..

Overall beautiful surroundings and clean but was an awkward stay feeling like not really wanted. No advice or help on the area. Meant to be able to have tea coffee but told kitchen closed. Wouldn't book us taxi for transfers. The worst thing was shower I was nearly burnt alive and not suitable for anyone above 5 foot. Just felt we were an inconvenience, so why take the booking. The location is perfect but stay in the crown plaza instead.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Any issues were immediately addressed. My room had beautiful hard wood and marble floors and quality furniture that made you feel relaxed, comfortable and cared for.

We were delighted when we arrived at the imposing electrically operated gates, the long driveway leading to this idyllic villa. The villa was so tastefully decorated, so clean and wire such an air of tranquility. We stayed in a ground floor room but were shown the other rooms in the villa. All were just fabulous. Gabriella, the owner was delightful and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were just wonderful, a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, a platter of cold meats, cheeses, a variety of warm bread rolls and croissants so light they could almost float away. Fruit juices, teas and fresh coffee were also available. The villa is set in a small town where all the people we encountered were friendly and helpful. We took a bus into the beautiful town of Treviso. This is a gorgeous place, not at all touristy. There were gorgeous little tavernas and beautiful canals. All of the shops were so individual. A short walk of about 500 yards from the villa is the station which takes you straight into Venice, by the grand canal. We had a days river cruise, arranged by Gabriella. This was fabulous. We travelled up the river and received such warm hospitality. We visited a church, saw wonderful old villa all with a water frontage and were served a 4 course lunch. The operator also runs a trip right into the grand canal in Venice which we will certainly enjoy on our visit next year! The villa has a pool and a gorgeous little dog called Rosso. We will return.

2 nachten in het hotel verbleven. Leuk personeel. 2 leuke hondjes maar daar moet je van houden. Het hotel is mooi maar de kamers laten veel geluid door. Ik misde de luxe van een echt hotel. ( kan je overigens niet verwachten van zo een gasthuis ). Over algemeen naar m'n zin gehad.

belle propriété avec piscine et beau jardin. mis à disposition de vélos pour se promener sur les pistes cyclables le long de la rivière. le ménage est fait quotidiennement. Des commerces et restaurants sont proches. un bon séjour effectué.

Very authentic Italien experience. Loved that it is a small place and the service is fantastic!

Niet wat we hadden verwacht, gehoopt. Airco was aanwezig maar is zo luidruchtig die kun je niet gebruiken. Ramen open omgeving is luidruchtig: trein, verkeer. Wij hadden de Garden view kamer op de eerste verdieping je hoort dan de mensen op de tweede verdieping praten en nog erger lopen alles hoor je! Badkamer ziet mooi uit maar niets werkt meer de draden in de douchecabine komen eruit. Zwembad was niet gevuld en dat eind mei. Voor ons was het geen Relax!

Wer ein Romantisches super gelegenes Hotel vor Venedig und dem Strand sucht der hat es hiermit gefunden. Der Service super nett und alles liebevoll gepflegt. Das Frühstück super lecker. Das Zimmer sehr schön. Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen. Das Preis Leitung Paket ist unschlagbar.

Un hôtel aussi fabuleux que sur les photos. Un personnel plus qu'accueillant et très chaleureux. Un petit-déjeuner comme on les aime. Très facile de rejoindre Venise en train car gare à 10 minutes à pied. Nous conseillons vivement !

Vi havde en virkelig skøn uge hos Relax&Venice. Meget hjælpsomt og venligt personale og virkelig smukt hotel. Lækker pool og meget romantiske omgivelser, både værelse og inde-og udendørs område.

Fantastisk hotell med nydelig park i stille omgivelser. Det var estetisk og vakkert både inne og ute. Deilig frokost og veldig hyggelig vertinne: Gabriella gjorde alt for at vi skulle ha en god ferie!
